Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 apple
- 5 pieces of pineapple
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/4 carrot
- 1/2 stalk celery
- 1 knob of fresh ginger
- 1/2 tbsp manuka honey
- 1/4 cup of bran
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup kiwifruit juice
- 1 scoop Double Shot
Optional:
- 2 tbsp yoghurt
- 1 splash of milk
Method
Blend all together and enjoy.
